Drones are Ukraine's eyes in the sky.

 

The drones look for enemy forces and supplies, such as tanks, artillery, rocket batteries, troop concentrations, and fuel and ammo dumps. What the drones find is communicated to Ukrainian military command centers where the information helps plan Ukrainian ground missions and artillery and rocket strikes.

Teams often spend days at a time behind enemy lines flying recon missions.

Drone team missions are often high-risk.
